AOD Studio Policies

Registration:  One time registration fee will be paid before trying classes.  It is recommended that you put a credit card on file for auto pay to cover the monthly tuition costs.  A late fee of $15 will be applied for any tuition payment made after the 5th of each month.

Attendance:  Monthly tuition will not be changed based on number of classes attended whether it be for holidays, sickness, etc.  You are encouraged to attend makeup classes of your choice.

Studio Closing Dates:  The studio runs off of the Henderson County Public School calendar.  Any changes will be announced via email and social media.  Please be sure that your email and cell phone number are correct on your Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal.

Class Clothing:  You can wear anything that is stretchy and you feel comfortable in.  Tights are not required but encouraged for ballet classes.  Hair should be neatly pulled back out of face.

BE KIND TO EVERYONE!  Bullying or negative behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
